House Rules
The house rules apply to all guests staying at Järvemetsa Stay (Järvemetsa, Nõmpa village, Saaremaa Parish, Saaremaa, 93463).
The person making the booking for the Järvemetsa Stay holiday home must be at least 18 years old. Minors may use the holiday home only when accompanied by an adult. If this requirement is violated, the person under whose name the booking has been made and paid for will be held responsible.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €25 per booking. When booking accommodation on the website, the appropriate add-on must be selected if bringing a pet.
The booking guest is responsible for their own safety and the safety of all accompanying persons. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are able to use (or allow the use of) the equipment provided in the holiday home (coffee machine, air fryer, stove, TV, etc.). Instructions for use are located in the kitchen cabinet, and if further assistance is needed, please contact us by phone.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed with the host.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care, leaving it in a condition that does not require deep cleaning (e.g. stained walls, sofa, etc.). The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee if extensive cleaning beyond standard vacuuming, mopping, etc. is required.
Any loss or damage to items in the holiday home must be reported immediately to the accommodation provider. If the damage is caused by the guest, they are responsible and must compensate for the damage according to its extent.
The accommodation provider is not responsible for failures or incidents beyond its control (e.g. technical malfunctions of equipment, disruptions in utilities, etc.).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home. In case of violation, a fine of €500 will apply.
